As hundreds of people will attest to each weekend during
the season at Mount Peter, our free beginner ski and snowboard
lessons are not just a come-on. Our professional PSIA
(Professional Ski Instructors of America) and AASI (American
Association of Snowboard Instructors) will take the first-time
knock-kneed beginner and get you up on the slopes in no
time. Whether teaching a young child or adult, we will
teach to your needs, and your age. At Mount Peter, we
will show you that any age is the right age to learn these
fun and exciting sports (they are great exercise, too!!),
and we understand that the older you get, the harder it
is to put yourself on the slopes and try for the first
time. We promise that you will go at your own pace, and
you’ll see that skiing and boarding really is for
anyone!
